This is a technique I use to see myself differently. It helps me reframe my thinking and my experience of being in my imperfect body. It helps me identify pain and to see how my physical experience affects my mood, thoughts, and even influences my beliefs. One image can transform my outlook for a long time. Good for one-one sessions and also in workshop format.
